Be Well Katonah is proud to host homeopath and author Laura Josephson, CCH, who will be giving a live presentation during the first Katonah Artwalk of the 2024 season! Laura will be talking about the natural approach to treating spring allergies using homeopathy. Homeopathy offers a wealth of healing benefits for allergy sufferers and welcome relief without side effects.

Laura has been practicing homeopathy for over 30 years and will share excerpts from her book, “A Homeopathic Handbook of Natural Remedies” and additional allergy management strategies. She will outline homeopathic healing principles, how to easily select specific hayfever remedies and botanicals, and answer your questions.

Laura Josephson, CCH is a board-certified homeopath and founder of Nyack Homeopathy, author of "A Homeopathic Handbook of Natural Remedies” (Random House 2002), former president of the New York State Homeopathic Association, an educator, speaker, and mentor to aspiring homeopaths.  She brings a wealth of experience and depth to her work with adults and children, treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions utilizing homeopathy as well as herbs, hydrotherapy, counseling, and nutrition.
